Good to know before you book
Interview length: Autism approx. 1–2 hours. Combined autism + ADHD approx. 2–3 hours.
Upgrade path: If you start with a Brief or Focused assessment and later choose Detailed or Comprehensive, the fee you've paid will be credited toward your chosen package (within 6 months).
Medication: Psychologists do not prescribe or manage medication. If you're exploring medication options, we recommend consulting a GP or psychiatrist. Your assessment may assist them in guiding your care.
NDIS: For NDIS-related assessments, a referral or supporting letter from a treating clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, paediatrician, GP, or relevant support team is required before booking, so we can clarify whether this assessment is likely to be appropriate for your needs. NDIS eligibility decisions require a multidisciplinary approach and may involve additional functional or allied health assessments.
DSP/Centrelink: Please provide a referral or supporting letter from your GP, psychiatrist, psychologist, or treating team before booking, so we can clarify whether this assessment is likely to be appropriate for your needs.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.

5. Attend Your Appointment
We’ll meet via secure telehealth, or in person in Blaxland (Blue Mountains) or Caddens (Penrith area), for your assessment session. The Brief option is telehealth only. This is a collaborative space where we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
Our aim is to understand you well enough during the session to provide a thorough and accurate assessment. Occasionally, an additional session may be needed to complete the process - if so, this will be offered at no extra cost. You may also be sent additional questionnaires, depending on the information gathered so far.
6. Receive your letter or report

7. Optional follow-up sessions
Optional feedback sessions to explore your diagnosis are included with the Focused, Detailed and Comprehensive options (30 minutes for Focused and 50 minutes for Detailed and Comprehensive). The Brief option does not include a feedback session. You will receive an offer for a feedback session on receiving your letter or report. For follow-up therapy sessions, you can book appointments with your psychologist or email us.
