After that, you're welcome to turn your video off for some or all of the session, & you’re welcome to have a support person present. You're also welcome to let us know in advance what would help you feel most supported so that this is a low-demand, affirming space for you.

This report is not intended for NDIS access applications. If you're seeking an NDIS-specific report, please email us before booking. We can guide you toward the appropriate assessment and documentation if needed..
Do I have to fill out the forms and questionnaires prior to the assessment session.
We encourage you to complete the forms in advance if possible, as they help us better understand your experiences. That said, we recognise life is demanding, and the session can still go ahead if forms are incomplete—we’ll work at your pace.
